I owe Forrest McConnell 1000 bucks. You see many years ago Ty Beanie Babies were currency in Montgomery, Alabama and from what I hear a large part of the United States…maybe the world. Even though it pains me to admit it now, I had even invested some of my hard earned allowance in these dolls.
